either one you want, both will perform just fine for now. later on when you start putting more boost through the motor you want copper plugs for sure. youll make anywhere from 6-8 pounds of boost stock.

Even though TR6's are 2 ranges colder, they would be fine in my Stock GTP?.. most people are telling me to use 606's on here.. or I just won't benefit the TR6's max potential until I have the other mods?.. but for now they will do fine?
Don't be lazy just put the 606's in now then swap them out when you start to mod.
I am not too familiar with other name-brand plugs however i do know the fundamentals of how a spark plug works.
Your stock so you want the stock heat range. You want the hottest plug you can run without getting KR.
Essentially you want the stock heat range, scan for KR and drop a heat range if you get any.
Make a long story short keep as close to the stock heat range on a stock car.
well i'm reading everywhere i'm lookin now that TR6's are 1 heat range colder, and good for use on applications where 6 to 8lbs of boost are used, and car using Compression like Turbocharged, Supercharged, or Nitrous.
Don't the 2002 GTP supercharger boost around 6psi -8psi or so??..
The L67 engine (the 3800 Series II found in the Pontiac Grand Prix GTP) comes stock with an Eaton supercharger that generates 8 psi.....(Modifications Encyclopedia)
I know this is a foreign concept to most, but read old threads. It has been debated countless times. People have used all sorts of plugs. I think synthetic sheild was the one who tried the most and gave us his view on them or it might have been tdc...... Oh no I said his name now I am a scammer too in some peoples eyes.
DO NOT USE IRIDIUM SPARK PLUGS AND NO THERE NOT THE BEST FOR THE GTP.... unless you wanna kr and blow it up I had these plugs on a bone stock gtp and my car started to cut out at 45k and so on and didnt sound good and i tryed everything even took out my zzp wires and went to stock still did it and that was at 0.060 gap so i went down to 0.055 and still did it alil with stock plug wires so i took those so im taking them back to get different 1s **** those spark plugs i thinks there more for the na.
Ok Bullzeye...your right. I know nothing and TR6's are only one step cooler.
Not.
It goes like so...from hottest TO coldest...
Autolite 605/606's
NGKTR55's
Autolite 104's
NGK TR6's
Autolite 103's
NGK TR6's are for the people inbetween 3.4" setups and going down...say...rockers/headers/3.25"...then AL103's come in to play when you cam or intercool your car.
listen to bluegtp91 and the rest of the others that know what there talking about tr55s and so on tr6 is 2 step colder not sure look on zzp or 3800 sites and find out some cars are diff and tr6 is 1 step colder for those cars.....
yea that's where differen't companies confuse you.. I have seen one say TR6's are 2 steps cooler, and most say they are 1 step cooler, but they don't specify what vehicle they are using as reference for the plug..that's what sux for us out there that are hella confused on all this..lol that's why I wanted to come back for more clarity
00, that kit on that GTP in your pic is f*kin' dope bro.. sic as setup in the pic..
I was gonna ask also where you got that picture from. Obviously its rendered and not real. Sorta looks like a kit for the grand am.
