So here is probably a stupid question, but silencing slits...is that something cut into the blower to reduce the natural whine of a supercharger?

No intake yet. Its in the works but wont be finished for about 2 weeks (big move friday). I was hoping that would make it sound a bit louder. But loud as possible is best, atleast to me haha.

i agree, louder the better. porting the blower would also help make it louder. I port them if interested. There is a thread on here showing some of my work.

Yeah definitely interested. I've got to get both of my cars to Vermont, but when I don't need the GTP for a while we'll talk for sure. I remember the post and added it to my "future mods" list already ahha.

What is the piece that's cast in there and how do you make it whine louder?

...what? my lack of a smoothly ported blower making you laugh? i dont need it to be perfect. it works well how it is. i like to introduce turbulence, not laminar flow anyway..

yep. too bad. the alky kit and rockers should be off in the next couple weeks. 3.4 is already on the car and staying there. feels slow with the 3.4 compared to the 3.2, hah.
