things looking good so far... after i took the car back to the shop after getting a mile and a half down the road to discover that they didnt clear the lean code from the car!
took the faulty fuel pump back to advance auto parts... thankfully the guy behind the desk was really helpful, as i couldnt find my original receipt. the computer system wanted to force him to give me store credit, but he found his way around it somehow and gave me a refund to my credit card. whew!
now to see if i need to unhook the battery to clear the crappy learned fuel mappings from the PCM... we'll see how gas mileage is over the next few days.
