if you have a stock intake and still have power when you hit the gas, its just cause the factory intake is restrictive and you cant hear it that good. Make an intake for it and you will hear it scream.
Logan
yes u will =p good luck sir
could be that your rotors are wearing out (coating flaking off) and it isnt sealing as well anymore, but you wouldnt be able to tell that unless you took off the blower.
She doesn't whine because you're not beating on her hard enough... J/K
I'm going to assume you still have a stock intake. That is most likely why you don't hear the whine as much.
Put a baby in the intake...you'll hear whine.
thanks guys you really helped me.....whats the best cai to get i hear its the wizair one or wizard whatever that one is as opposed to the K&N
is it hard to make???
nope. you need one 22.5* bend,a straight piece of 4" PVC pipe, and a nice coupler for the throttle body. then just buy a big fat cone filter to put on it and be done with it.
or if youre interested in something that is already made for you and you can just buy and install find TDCRacing's threads on here about his intake that he makes. they are super high quality and probably the best intake to start out with.
good luck!
if you wanna go really cheap, you can just buy a cone filter and a small section of exhause pipe, reuse the rubber intake piece and ull hear that sc whine. thats all i did and it sounds beautiful. only cost me for the cone filter.. i got the exhause piece and a 5 finger discount.. lol
jay you clepto you hahahhaa
hey im a poor college student. gotta get mine however i can. it helps knowing someone who works at a certian auto parts store. hehe
just stick a cone on the throttle body, you will hear it.
