I have been a member here for awhile but I have never posted..until now and it's gonna be a good one! I hope this is in the right section.

A little information on my car. It's a 2000 GTP with modifications. As of recent I have had the blower polished, installed a SSIC and PRJ fuel rails. I put the car back together and I had the car running but I never took it for a test drive. I just had it running in the garage. I installed stainless steel braided lines and the main line from the filter up all the way to the fuel rail and on the return I ran the braided line about 1/2 way and used a compression fitting. I primed the lines.

AND THE CAR WON'T START!! I have bled the lines and dumped so much fuel on the ground that my throat was burning and the wife was hollering LOL! But the car will not start. I pulled the plug on the ICM and ran a test light over the 14 termials with the key on and cranking it over and it appears DEAD. I pulled the spark wire off, grounded it and no spark. Also I am cranking the engine over and the tach does not move.

The car only has 20,000 miles on it and I have had it since new. I have never had any trouble until now. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated very much.

    Thank you

I know there are some great minds on here..I will try to make my post a little clearer. This is the best forum to find answers.

I have scanned the car and no codes come up, nothing. I am using HP tuner and Scantool that I bought at autozone. Both say the same thing.

I did not do all of the modifications at the same time. The car sat for a month before I put the breaded lines on. It was running fine.

I just don't understand what is going on. I have run out of ideas of what to check.

Thank you for any suggestions or help.

I don't know how to post pictures but the rest of them are in my photo album. I'll post better ones if I ever get the car running again.

Now I could really use some help with my problem if you would be so kind.

Hummm, I donno if this would help but i think a crank position sensor causes a no Spark issue. Something to look into. Thats really all I got...

Thank you for the reply. I am thinking the same thing just didn't think it would just go out like that. I thought it would be more intermittent.

I thought I would post this in case it helps someone down the road.

After tearing apart the car several times and making my wife become a mechanic I found the problem!

On that day when I was changing the fuel line and the car was up on jacks, I went ahead and ran the wire for the intercooler into the car. When I first put the intercooler on I just ran the wire to the fuse box. I was looking for an ignition wire so the pump would run only when the car was running. I stuck the wire into the fuse box #25 temporality. Then I put the switch into the car and I ran all new fuel line. That's why I thought it had something to do with the gas. When I went to start the car it wouldn't start. So fuse #25 was actually ignition. That fuse runs the ICM and CPS. When I put the wire for the intercooler pump into the fuse box I must have spread the contacts for the fuse. There was no connection, that's what caused the car not to start.

Sorry for the long post but it was the only way I could explain this.
