Thread: Mounting Pump and tank for meth injection.

How have you guys mounted your tanks and pumps for a meth injection kit? I am thinking about doing it in the trunk. If anyone could post some pictures that would help a lot.

I mounted my tank in the trunk. I placed it on the hump of the wheel well. you can't go so far forward that you wont be able to fill the tank, but too far back and your mounting bolts will go through the rear quarter panel. You also need to make sure the tank is level. I put the pump right behind the tank. let me see if I have any pictures on my google drive.

is the hump for the wheel well flat enough to mount it easily I dont have any means to make brackets

ya it was. I ended up using a long transmission funnel to fill my reservoir. the only thing I regret about installing it is that I forgot to check the level.

do you not have a low level sensor?

did you use self tapping screws or something like a riv-nut?

the kit I bought came with bolts and nuts, and spacers. aem progressive.

does water get thru the holes you drilled?
