Thread: Maximum Injector Pulse width 2004 GTP L32

I was wondering if anyone knew what the max pulse width is for the stock L32 injectors are? When running a scan my Injector duty cycle topped out at 113% but the pulse width had only a max of 22ms. I recall reading somewhere that there's a scaling issue either in the VCM scanner or the PCM its self when it comes to the injector pulse width. My car doesn't fall on its face or go lean when the injector pulse width goes over 100%. My AFR stays at a steady 11.0:1 and the upstream O2 sensor sits at 900mv even after the injectors "max out". Just looking for some information because I feel like i shouldn't be needing new injectors since I have the stock pulley. I also performed a Injector balance test and they all dropped key on fuel pressure the same amount.

I have the stock 3.8 pulley, cold air intake, 3 inch catless downpipe, Tune, autolite 104, 180stat

Yeah it's not right. You can see pw in the 30's on 04+ cars.

20ms is the max pulse with my scan tool shows when I shift to 2nd right before redline. If I waited any longer to tap shift 2nd gear I would hit the rev limiter
