it might be a beat relay. looked up other diagrams and they all look to be the same.

Put the add a fuse in the electric ignition fuse and it seems to turn on and off according to the ignition only thing is it runs a few seconds after I take the key out is it supposed to do that or is it a sign of a bad relay?

maybe the beat relay shorted out the pump, are you still using that relay?

Still using the relay and the pump is running now but it dosent seem to be sucking up the coolant in the bottle could I have reversed the wires somehow?

where is the pump located? it should be at the lowest point of the system.

8 dollar dorman coolant tank i used fo rmy res tank. https://oi1097.photobucket.com/album...pshnntvzyb.jpg

the way i routed my set up is, fmhe bottom port to the bottom of the pump, side port off the pump goes up to the core, core leads to the upper port on my res tank, lower port of the res goes to the top port of the fmhe. fill from the res tank then run the pump and fill it more as you hear and see the air come out that upper hose on the res tank. now your air free. once your coolant is over the upper hose and you see no more bubbles you can make or use a full line on the tank and make sure its stays full.

I have the resivor where the airbox is then going down to the top port of the pump in the fender well the connector is touching the air deflector on the bottom so I cant bring it much lower then from the port on the side of the pump it goes to the bottom of the front mount then from the top of the front mount to the plate under the supercharger then from that to the coolant bottle is this an okay setup

Maybe mine could be full and I might not have noticed that its refilling the bottle how much coolant did your system hold I put about 85 percent of a bottle of coolant in that you'd get at the store

iirc it took a bit more then a gallon or so. ive got a frozen boost fmhe.

pretty sure you want the pump pumping from the fmhe to the core so your pushing it up to the core. sounds like your sucking it from the core?
