Is the AC Delco fuel filter the best or would the six or k&n be better?

I really don't think there is a major difference between any of them unless you are running a very high horsepower setup. Even then a high flow fuel pump and rewire would be okay with an OE aftermarket filter.

yeah I use Rockauto.com for most of my purchases. very fast shipping and good prices. I use Ebay for some also. I rarely use on of the chain auto stores unless I am in a pinch.

I always forget about Rock Auto. I'll probably order my rear suspension parts from them though. Orileys and Auto zone never fail to disappoint me though.
