Any ideas where my coolant is wandering off to? No leaks no milky sledge under oil cap. I'm at a loss here temp guage goes up to 212 after only a few mins from a cold start. I don't see any mess under hood or on ground.

    It could be burning/eating it.

Hard to say, a cooling system pressure test is what I would do first to rule out any leaks.

On the off chance a headgasket went you could do a hydro carbon test of the cooling system to check for exhaust gases in it. Look for white smoke out the tail pipes on start up.

Past that I would be tearing the top end down and looking at LIM to TB coolant passage and intake gaskets themselves for internal leaks.

Check your coolant elbows, if your losing it slooooowly, they can weep and it burns off/evaporates B 4 it hits the ground.
For the record : I am NOT a naked meth-head who shoves rocks up my butt.

They've been changed to aluminum ones not sure if that matters, maybe they are on wrong and loose. Ty

Update: I did notice that when the car runs and is hot the hose that connects to the thermostat collapses.

Could be something as simple as a bad rad cap. It will allow coolant to evaporate past the cap and you'd never know you were losing it from there.

I'd start by replacing the hose. Radiator could also be clogged with some dexcool sludge
