I have a 2000 GP GT. I just bought a Fuel Max performance chip but haven't put it in yet. Anything else I could do with keeping the $$$$ down?

x2 leave your foot off the gas. CAI and open up the exhuast will help a bit.
Cold air intake won't help any. But A hot air intake will. By the way I sent you're valve springs today.
I noticed a gain in my mpg's when I installed my wizaird. (thanks on the valve springs)
well less restrictive filter will help but really cold air doesnt because it is more dense then hot air like no one new that. anyways pcm adds more fuel to keep air fuel mix right on. more power but less mpgs
the more air flow you can get to your engine and out of it the better...it wont have to work as hard. So I agree with everyone..CAI and exhaust will help some. lol and keep your foot out of it.
put a baseball size rock under the accelerator.
Hate to sound like an echo, but ease of the accelerator. I took a trip this past weekend, about 165 miles. I used a half a tank on the way down driving 90 mph because it was nice out. I only used a quarter of tank to get back driving 70 mph because it was crappy out.
