So I was wondering if you guys had any opinions on what I should upgrade next? I have a k&n air intake, msd ign. coils, and slp head to tail. Any ideas?

Sell the K&N intake and buy a Thrasher, Wizaired, or build a Fender Well Intake.

Ya the K&N intake is just about the worst CAI out there, hate to break it to ya.

Ya I've seen several people post up scans with over 100* intake temps on around 60* days and both of them had the K&N CAI.

I think I will switch it out and get the Wizaired CAI, then a new throttle body, then probably a pulley or two. The 2004+ GP's have the MAF sensor separate from the throttle body right?

What your mod list? I wouldn't start dropping pulley sizes until you have some decent exhaust mods, especially on a L32.

Looks like your good on exhaust mods, definitely look into getting a different intake and dropping pulley sizes.

As I was reading this...I got kinda lost...isn't this the section for LQ1 motors...like the DOHC ones...not the Supercharged 3800? Just thinkin' this might be in the wrong place idk...Last time I checked though that 3.4 Dual Cam never had the option to drop a pulley size LOL

Oh your not supercharged? Then the whole dropping pulley sizes really doesn't apply to you lol. Personally if I were you I'd consider doing a top swap for your next mod, you would really benefit from it seeing as you have higher compression from the L26 and you already have a good amount of supporting mods for a slightly smaller pulley.

What is a top swap? Sorry but I don't know the terminology yet. So I was looking at putting in a water pump pulley and an under drive pulley from ZZP, good idea? Also why is the wizaired cai better then the k&n cai?

A top swap is basically the addition of a supercharger, go to that link that Sabrewings posted and it should explain everything. The Wizaired CAI is better cause it actually draws in cold air as opposed to the K&N CAI which, contradictory to it's name, doesn't.

They really aren't going to do much for you, like at all. If you don't plan on going SC then maybe look into getting a HV3 from ZZP.
