I have a 2005 base model grand prix looking for max upgrades.. I curently have 2.5" pipe from stock cat, no res to a magnaflow exhaust. Custom intake and breather filter. 180" t-stat just did tune up. What else could i possibly do? Headers? top swap? or will that kill my tranny.. I have 105,000 miles.. Beginer looking for expert advice thanks..

Did you have it tuned for the 180 stat? if not it won't do you any good. Also building more power to a stock tranny spells breakage.Hopes this helps

A HV3 for more top end helps on NA's.Overkill is what most guys use, seems to be the the norm.Sounds like you're in the right track.

Injectors are not needed if staying N/A.

Rockers might help with upper rpm flow, but I doubt you'd really notice alot.

I had that plan at first, but as I was reading into it a supercharger wont bolt on to my n/a engine L26. Or am i reading wrong? Will I have to change the tranny also? You guys are a big help thanks

Adding a supercharger is alot of work and huge headache 90% of the time. You'd have to swap the entire top end over from a supercharged motor. The heads, intake, blower, fuel rail, injectors, different pcm, the whole works. The trans wouldnt need to be touched.

If you added a cam, that would help just about everywhere for power and a tune would help "some" aswell. The NA motor is just very limited.
