Hey guys last week I started having some issues after replacing the spark plugs, wires and sending unit.
The p0171 code was always there, the p0300 was new.
The car is cammed, headers, exhaust and hv insert.
It is missing really bad, at idle its very hard to tell, when you start driving it misses and hesitates really bad, at high rpms it gets somewhat steady but still has a slight miss and it boggs.
    Cylinder test read 150 in cylinders 1-3-5-2. on 4 105 and 125 on 6.
As stated before brand new plugs (104's coppers gapped at 60) ZZP wires.
YES all cylinders are getting great spark.
Pulled the valve cover to look for rocker/rod damage.... nothing abnormal that I can tell. Here are pcis of the head.

    Thank you in advance.

I think your gap is way too big for your mods.

    I'd try .050.

this is first start up after reconnecting the ICM, coils wires and rocker install. There is a sensor right on the throttlebody at beginning of vid, with the orange connector... it was slightly separate from its hole it was idling okay, i went ahead and screwed it all the way in(its also glued down for some reason) then the car started idling very low around 400 500 RPM took it around the block and as i went to a stop it died on me, happened multiple times....

Have you tried unplugging the MAF and starting it?

Did you also check for vac leaks like I told you to?

    Things I would do...

    1) Spray around for vac leaks with carb cleaner
    2) Delete that stupid EGR, my Pacesetter's hated it on there
    3) Make sure the TPS, IAC, MAF are good...if you know someone with another 3800, swap them and see
    4) What did the ICM test say?

It almost sounds like the IAC is fighting a vacuum leak.

That's not a sensor you tightened. It's the IAC.

Could a far gap cause the missfire?

.060" is the factory gap size.

I run .050" because there is less of a chance for misfires, hell...Bio was lazy and ran .035" or something.

You have a compression of only 105 psi on cylinder number 4, there is noticeable ticking noise from the engine, a bad miss and we're talking about spark plugs.?.?.?

    Hurt me

    -_-

Closer gap = less chance of a miss. To an extent.

It's also those bullsh1t ZZP plug wires. They are awful. And you are 110% SURE you have them in the right order?

    Coils go...

    6
    3
    2
    5
    4
    1

    and the motor is...

    2 4 6
    ENGINE
    1 3 5

I wouldn't be too worried about compression, I'm sure the guy just didn't install those rings correctly when he rebuilt it.

    Figure out the vac leak.

Figure out the misfire if the vac leak doesn't solve it.

    Then go from there.

You're worrin' about the wrong crap.

Yes its correct, il give vacuum a test, car drives ok when IAC is not fully screwed in, no miss under 2K from 2-4K it misses
