Sorry, this seems unrelated to my misfire issue so I think I should start a new thread
Down by coolant elbow, near the tension release for the belt I saw this wire sticking out of the harness (see pictures) I thought it was a broken/melted wire and I was looking for the other side but it doesn't exist, is this wire some sort of ground that has fallen off, or just a random stray wire?

On my other thread user OH4CompG mentioned that it was a ground wire that's supposed to have been connected to the coil pack bracket, can anyone show me what this should look like so I can ground it again, or if it's not that ground offer advice on what it is, thanks

Crimp a round connector on the end of it and attach it anywhere on the engine.

Sorry, one last thing, any idea the size of nut I would need for that bolt, aren't most of the bolts metric in this vehicle?

    M10 x 1.50
Say a 15mm head.. nearly any spare GM nut that looks like it..will work.

    GM's common ones
    M8 x 1.25
    M10 x 1.50
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
