My GT over this past weekend started shutting off while driving and I came to the conclusion it was the crankshaft position sensor. Fixed that but today I was sitting still and the car bogged down and shut off and would not restart. Finally after about 5 minutes I got it to restart and drove it home. What could be my trouble now?

Are you getting any check engine lights?

Try unplugging the Mass Airflow Sensor when the car is off and turning it back on with it unplugged. If the car runs better and doesn't die, then you have a bad MAF.

You can try cleaning it with MAF cleaner or get a new one.

My 02 GT just recently had the same problem and it ended up being the MAF, doesn't guarantee that this is your problem but its a good place to start.

It will restart and idle for a second and just quit. Its getting fuel and spark. I just got it in the car and it started right up no problem, the problem always seems to happen when I drive it somewhere and I have to idle it will just quit. I'm going to go unplug the MAF and start it and see how it idles.

No check engine light. Just unplugged the MAF and it didn't die but like you said that doesn't mean it is the MAF. It's one of those problems where it won't die in your driveway but will die when you are driving it if you know what I mean.

Drive with the maf unplugged for a while. Don't beat the car with it unplugged and that'll give you a better test.
I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.
