    Can someone tell me where the fuel filter is located at?

    also i want to upgrade the plugs/wires
    does anyone have a recommendation on new ones

    The fuel filter is under the car next to the gas tank. Plugs.. if youre stock and plan on staying that way just get the Autlites from Autozone. Same thing with the wires unless you want to get the from the dealership.

    do not try to turn the steel fuel line end itself, use a 5/8 ? line wrench to hold and turn the filter after you disconnect the other end, spray with penetrating oil a few days before you try to change it, disconnect the lines slowly and have a pan underneath it

    the filter is under the car on the drivers side, pretty much right "in front" of the rear wheel

    thanks appreciate it figured id ask before i got into it - learned from my mistakes on the jaguarforums.com

    as for the plugs i was thinking of going with something better than stock, any recommendations there?

    i'm fairly certain an 05 is the same as my 06 and does not have a fuel filter.

    i changed my fuel filter in my 98 a couple days ago and had to bend the fuel line to get the filter off because the support clip was rusted onto the filter itself and i really had no other choice. no big deal tho just bent it back when i was done only moved it a couple inches no kinking or anything and its good as new now. however it seems like my mileage has gone down which doesnt make sense but im not all the way thru my tank yet so we'll find out...

    I have no idea where my fuel filter on my 05 GP is located its not by the rear wheel O'Reillys gave me a metal canister filter and said if it was in the tank it would be call a nonservicable filter can someone help

    you dont have one, the sock on the pump is it.
