I was wondering has anyone done this, if so were there any gains. I know you would need the TB adapter but someone told me you get like 10-20 up increase
anybody heard of this stuff?

The other difference is the inlet is longer on the L27 and is round and moves to a D-shape, while the L36 is a butterfly shape (same as L36 TB out) and has a divider in the path.
I did the conversion last month, but can't say if I had any gain from it since I also ported my LIM at the same time.
Agrazela did some testing on this issue and he saw gains in "calculated VE".

All that is actually required is a tap, 2 hose barbs, a plug or 3 if you need to block the coolant, a short bit of hose for pvc, the upper gasket, and an adapter plate.
The hardest part was actually getting the adapter plate drilled out, but if you have a drill press that will be no problem.
The write up goes a bit in to detail and was wrote as he did it.
Hello, can you help me out, I'm trying to swap plastic plenum for aluminum
