    So as the title says it runs like crap and i cant identify whats going on. There is no code being thrown or anything. Happens when it gets to operating temperature and then the car cant even get to 5000 rpm. The exhaust manifolds get red hot and the ignition module underneath the coil packs was very hot too.

    yea for some reason i was thinking the same, except the fact it only does it when i get to operating temps..could you shed some light bio as to why a cat would do it once my car is warmed up...well shoot if thats the case im getting a 3 inch ZZP offroad DP

    took cat off to check it out and the insides completely broke into peices and have since gone through my exhaust system

    yep, if its all broke then its clogged. get a pipe and knock the rest out or just replace it with a piece of pipe. unless you want to pay to replace it now.

    yea im gonna cut off the u bend break all the **** out of the cat thats left and then put a straight pipe where the u bend was

    good call...the only thing better would be just to get a whole different downpipe, but your plan is the most cost effective
