so i just got a 00 grand prix gt with the 3.8 according to the plastic engine cover the problem is the firing order is messed up so i look up the diagram on here and change all of the wires around. i match up the cylinders with the numbers on the coil packs and nothing but this horrible sound it sounds the the starter grinding on the fly wheel ??? i need some serious help to get this car out off of the side of the road i have never done the firing order with coil packs am i doing it right?
