What is the longest best resonator for under $100 that I can fit on my 2003 monte carlo with 2.5 piping and I still have a cat. I am trying to get rid of most of the highway drone I get with the flowmaster 40s I have on there now. I was looking into the moroso spiral flow, but wondering if there is something better, Thanks again.

I wish I had an answer for you. I dont think I have ever seen a thread before on which resonator is best. Without input from the rest of the community I would believe a resonator is a resonator, but thats me. I dont have a catalytic converter or resonator.

i think the biggest resonator diameter that will fit is gonna be a 5 inch (at least that is what RonV said should fit in my GTP, and the floor should be similar to yours. That being said, the longest you'll find is probably about 30"
there's a place in the chicago 'burbs that does good work, Auto repair work, mufflers, brakes, towing - La Grange, Illinois - Home out in LaGrange. ya might give them a call and see what they've got.

I ordered a moroso spiral flow and I am waiting to get it and maybe in a couple weeks I will install it. I will keep you guys posted with a review when its done.
