It helps greatly if folks didn't have to look up the codes you are having issues with.
P0403 - EGR malfunction
P0405 - EGR below specified range
P1404 - EGR Pintle stuck open
Most of this is pointing directly to the EGR. Since you mention having replaced it without that fixing the issue, I would check the voltages going to it and inspect the wiring for any shorts. It is odd that you are seeing so many EGR codes.
I was aware of what the codes were just ignorant to where I begin tryin to fix them. Ty I'll check the wiring

My point was.. you were maybe aware, but those people you are hoping to get help from may not be. Making them do extra work isn't usually ideal. I took the time to look them up to be able to give you some advice and hopefully it helps out.
