    I'm getting a set of t&d adjustable rockers, anyone know how much extra clearance they need? I found some cork gaskets. 1/4 thick to raise the covers up . Will this be enough?

    I have 1/2" spacers and the valve covers needed to be massaged some too. So in short, no, youll need more clearance.

    probably be cheaper for you to cut 4 F body VC's so that you can weld the top of one to the base/walls of another.

    I made 1" alum spacers for our heap and that was around 300$
