Have an '04 N/A with 208k on it and just had the tranny rebuilt by a reputable shop. I got it back from them with a cold misfire, that is it runs a bit rough just upon start-up then goes away. I've replaced the coils (ZZP), plug wires (ZZP), plugs, fuel filter, MAF, MAP, EGR, cleaned the throttle body, crank sensor, ICM, ICM harness, battery cables pos and neg, and downpipe (cat) all within the last 12-14 months.

I'm not sure if in the tranny removal, as they did remove the tranny completely for the rebuild could they have tweaked something. I checked the plug wires and ohm-ed the injectors (13.9-14.6). I haven't checked the fuel pressure yet, but was wondering if it might a fuel pump going out. I'm not sure if there is a good way of ohm-ing the fuel pump or checking it at start-up etc.

Just wanted to know with full removal of the tranny if they could have tweaked something that is a dead giveaway for my problem. Didn't have this problem at all prior to the tranny rebuild and don't want to accuse the shop of anything but suspect it might be a combination of what they did and age/mileage of the car.

Let me know if anyone has any ideas of what it could be, thanks.
