Stumped...car randomly completely won't start, no crank, nothing, and the charging system failure light comes on. The car has a battery that is 1 month old. I have a battery tester which shows the battery as good and the alternator as good, I also put a volt meter on the battery and it shows the battery at 14.5 volts while running. What is the most common issue that is causing the no start....please help.

Is the ground cable coming off the alternator, or where can I locate it? thanks.

off the alt to fuse box is a hot cable.

follow the neg cable from the battery to the trans bell housing. that bolt can get corroded, or if you see bare cable showing on either end of the cable its likely bad.
