Just picked up a 96 GTP to fix up. It smokes a little on start up. Light smoke that smells like gas. I was thinking valve seals? Any other ideas on where to start?

Color?
Blue would be oil, white is coolant and the off grey color can be condensation and some fuel.
If the cat converter is the factory one it's likely not helping to burn off some extra fuel on warm up.
Its very light not sure if you can tell from the pic. It's not thick white maybe a little blue
Seems like steam and maybe some unburnt fuel if you can smell it. Though like I said if the cat converter isn't doing it's job anymore you are going to smell the raw fuel smell of a catless exhaust.
Okay. I got the video working to better see what I'm talking about

Any fluids low? I'd make sure it wasn't just bad gas. Also have you changed lims yet?
Oil is down a little bit. None of the gaskets have been changed. Previous owner said it was sitting a while so the gas probably is old. It's misfiring also. The smoke gets a little worse once it runs longer. I noticed it's not getting up to temp after I let it run
Here's a better video after it ran a little longer. Looks like blue smoke

You need to get the exhaust system and engine good and hot just to make sure that what you are seeing is not water vapor condensing on the cold pipes (perfectly normal).
You'll smell oil, just like you'll smell coolant, or a toasted converter.
