I just got this car and the transmission kind of bucks when I let off the gas or there is troubles getting power to pass people. I don't want issues with this car it's all I've got to drive

If it was my car, I would clean the MAF sensor up and then do a pan drop and filter change with a bottle of lucas and 7 quarts of trans fluid.

Its the first thing I would do, then if it still acts the same we can go from there.

Where's the MAF at and what would you clean it with? Also transmission additive?

The MAF sensor is just after the air box in the rubber tubing. You clean it with maf cleaner, they sell it at any auto parts store.

The bottle of lucas I guess you could say its a additive, alot of us just add it regardless because its proven to work good.

Here is a pic of the MAF.

Ive had issues with my torque converter solenoid that sound similar to bucking transmission. I guess its a typical GP thing and it cost me 650$ for a new torque converter, a bunch a internal trans solenoids, a shift kit that " fixes" the exact issue and a mechanic to do it all. It was an extremely bad shutter when shifting while it was at op temp. I don't think your haven the same issue but keep it in mind.
