Well, my baby has started making those odd groaning sounds when I turn my wheel. I usually associate that noise with power steering problems, so I go to check my fluid level, but can't find the damn reservoir opening. So I check my owner's manual and it tells me the reservoir is located behind the left side of the engine as I face the front of the car. So I grab my flashlight and start looking. And looking....and looking some more. I must have looked for 10 or 15 minutes with no luck! Am I missing something here?

I have an '07 basic model GP and can't believe this car does not have a power steering fluid reservoir. If anyone can point me in the right direction, I will really appreciate it. Thanks.........

look under the alternator its hiding under it, stand by the pass side fender reach under the alt, near the fire wall, don't drop the cap, its a tight fit under there. well at least on a 3800 it is.

I think it's just like the 97-03s. Open the hood, move to the passenger side of the engine, put your right hand on the top of the engine (make sure it's cool) and take your left to reach down in between the firewall and alternator towards the engine. Look for the pulley under the alternator, it will give you a good idea of where it is.
