Idk about you guys, but my trans shifts dang good when it always runs at 120° lol. I may do something, but I don't have a very large cooler to begin with
I haven't gone on a 20+ minute ride in this weather yet to see what it really gets to.

Just an update for anyone following this thread. I'm currently at 136.5k miles and still have the shift kit and am up to date on fluid (color, level) and filter.
Lately I've been having some issues with the trans that I can't quite put my finger on as they don't seem to be repeatable and they are typically short-lived.
Occasionally, as the car shifts into the next higher gear it seems to be wavering between the two gears giving a sense of shuddering. I'm remembering it occurring when the RPMs are low so nothing jarring but still feels unsettling.
The other day, I really stomped on it and ended up with a downshift or double-down shift. As I neared the yellow range of the tach the car seemed to be going to upshift but it just went back into gear for another 1/8 or 1/4 second before actually upshifting. It was like I just time warped back a 1/4 second or something. It definitely make me grimace even though it wasn't harsh - it's just never done that before.
I'm certain I should stop pounding on the accelerator but I like being able to find something repeatable or a pattern to things. I'm a bit concerned that the trans could be on it's way out but I have no measure for how close it could be.
Some of these issues could just be lack of refinement of the 4t65E transmission combined with my overthinking mind.
