Threads merged. Now it looks ugly, all suggestions in one spot.

It's time for you to diagnose. Check the couple things people have mentioned, also check the axles again etc.

Funny that I posted what I did yesterday, because today the new kid at work argued with me that FWD's don't have a differential.

He has an Acura Integra so I went onto Google and put in Integra differential and showed him he does in fact have a differential.

Thanks for the tips everyone! I'll do some work with it next week once I graduate high school here on Friday. Hopefully it quits raining next week so I can look at it.

Well I got bored and went out in the rain and took a look under the car. Sure enough the left front drive axle is shot. Big relief here

See? I know what I'm talking about most of the time...lol. I wouldn't have had the confidence to post it if I didn't see someone else have the same experience first.

Surprised me to see it broken. Really sounded like the tranny went. But now I know it isn't. So now I have a weekend project if I have the time lol

Forgot about this thread... I did go ahead and replaced the left drive axle last weekend and it fixed the problem. Only took about two hours to do in all. A very easy fix, glad it wasn't any worse. Now I need to figure out that power steering noise that's been bothering me forever
