Great... used starting hp tuners to start messing around with tuning and since I zeroed out torque management it won't shift until 5900rpm where I set my throttle plate to close. Fuel cuts at 6000.

After taking out torque management have you messed with your shift points? rpm limiter?
You need a few hundred RPM's separating them.....having the limiter set only 100 rpms past the shift point isn't going to allow enough time for the shift to happen. Typically there is a 300 rpm gap between the 2.....I'd have to look at my tune but I'm sure it's 300-500 rpm difference between shift point and fuel cutoff.
That's my problem. Those aren't my shift points. Car runs passed the speed and rpm that I set and just runs all the way up to throttle plate closing before shifting.
Which tuner are you using? HP tuners or DHP? There are two different tables...there are shift points based on speed and there in one based on RPM. I'm more familiar with HP Tuners.....someone else will have to chime in with DHP experience.
Edit: I see you are using HP tuners in your first post. So to go back a bit what have you changed and what are you trying to have as the end result?
Switch everything you did back and I wouldnt do that again.
The trans needs some TM, its not really the best idea to remove it all. Prolly wouldnt want to get rid of more than 15-20% of it.
Raising the shift points is pointless aswell, the car makes pretty much no power past 5500-5600 rpms, if anything raise it to 5400 and the car will rev to 5600-5700 before it shifts.

Yeah I don't plan on doing that again and just to be clear once more I didn't change the shift points but I did change the rev limiter based on the electronic throttle and I changed fuel cut. I'm just going to find my first couple files and set all the transfer settings back to stock, but I want to keep line pressures a little higher. I only did it all in the first place because of the starting hp tuners topic. Tuning actually worked out well other than the trans settings.
