So my car used to be pretty normal feeling, but after I changed the LIM and all that and changed the dex over to normal, and flipping my dog bones, it shifts different.
Non performance shifts are super slow, like it feels like a whole second, but it doesn't slip or anything, just takes it damn time shifting. And performance mode feels less quick than it used to.
Should I be worried or something?

If you have a vac leak this can cause crazy things with the trans believe it or not. Make sure all your vac lines are connected good and not damaged or cracked after your LIM replacement.

Wouldnt I be able to tell by the boost guage, if it does fill up all the way?
And would that possible make my engine sound weird?

Make sure all the plugs are plugged in all the way on the tb.

I mean as far as i can tell they are... but yeah, i feel like my engine might be sounding a little weird but im not sure, and my boost guage does goo all the way up, cause i remember reading up on people with half a boost gauge which was a vac leak..

You disconnected the battery and cleared the learned items in the PCM. One of them being adaptive shifts. Give the car a while and it'll relearn.

Lmao good idea. But with my new spark plugs I feel like my gas mileage should be really good, when it used to be 18.5 easily now i struggle to get 18. Could that be caused by a vac leak, or my new 180 tstat? And the new tstart doesn't have the little offset chamber with the ball in it and a hole on the other side, its just centered and doesn't have any type of little ball or vent anywhere. If that makes sense. Hard to explain, but idk if that makes a difference.

Hook a vacuum gauge up to it or a scanner to check vacuum/map in hg. You want it around -19-20 at idle.

What kinda driving do you do? If you are in NYC, 18mpg is good. If you are in the country and doing 100miles a day..then it sucks and your car has an issue.

I do city driving, max is usually 40mph. I live on a road that has everything I need within short distances.
According to the DIC, I was getting 18.5 mpg.
Then I did the lim, 180tstat, new plugs and wires, and now the DIC says im getting 15.6.
What couldve possibly changed so much lol?
Would a vac leak make me get bad city mpg as well?

Don't go by the DIC.
It's not accurate.
Use math to figure it out...
And yeah, like I said on that dumbdumbFB group, figure out if you have a vac leak or not.

Ill try but it's hard finding someone with a vac guage. But i'm not sure if you exactly answered, is mad mpg a sign of a vac leak? Cause I know the DIC isn't accurate bla bla but i went by the dic before and im going by it now, and it's changed enough whether or not it's accurate to indicate a loss in mpg, which should be the last thing I experience when fixing leaks and replacing the plugs and wires, but I did replace the thermo as well to a 180.
Id def say im more concerned about the loss of gas mileage after a tune up than my tranny now..

You don't need a vac gauge for anything. Take a can of TB cleaner and spray all the vacuum/gasket aress with the car running. If the idle changes, spray that area again. Poof..there's the leak.
