Provide us some more details.
I believe what you're trying to say is a slow 1-2 shift..? If so, that becomes common with age and lack of maintenance. you can read here about some common problems in case you're not referring to a slow shift... 4T65E Common Problems

I changed the transmission filter and fluid about 2 yrs ago. It will most the time rev to 3500 rpms then you let off a little and it may (may)shift then. It has been getting worse and worse in the last mnth. I know one time I changed the filter cause it wouldnt move at all but this is different...

If your filter was clogged two years ago and now you are getting slipping, I'd think you likely need a new trans. That's a guess though based on what sounds like an abusive relationship with your trans.

Could you provide additional information? Is this a recent occurrence? Is it an intermittent issue? Have you had the vehicle inspected for this issue?
