I just got my 1999 Grand Prix GTP a few days ago, and the tranny did something wierd tonight. The car only has 86k on it and everything seems solid on it and it shifts good. Everything has been great until earlier. I was accelerating up a hill on with moderate load, and the rpms started shuttering like it kept shifting back and forth between two gears. It only did it for a sec or two, more throttle and it went away. I couldn't get it to do it again, but I would like to know if there is any common issues with these cars relating to this incident? And what should I do? I just got this car and really hope I don't have to start dumping money into it already.
