They're the first hit on google from TCI.
I'm sure they pay for it too.
I'm going to figure this out one way or another.
6 speed TVS Regal? Sweet.
My trans is on it's way out... I'm making 350+ at the wheels. When it blows I'm replacing it with something that has more than 4 gears. I'm not going back to this 4 speed hell.

Need a controller that'll let the trans talk to my PCM. I'm looking into if anyone has a work around or if someone offers a controller.
They don't support the 6T70/75
Doesn't support the 6T70/75. Thanks for looking though, I sent both of those companies an Email.
I would if there was a viable option out there. The 284 is nice but they pretty much can't be rebuilt and we're running out of them.
The auto would shift fast enough so that it wasn't an issue... its all about the gearing.
The f40 is another option that I've been playing with.
There will be something besides the 4t65 in the car when this trans goes.
Nick, you had said you picked up all the parts to convert to a manual from...a G6 I think it was. You scrapping that idea and staying auto now?
I'm weighing all the options... right now I have 2 getrag 284s, an f40 and a **** ton of parts in my garage.
The trans is gonna go soon so I've gotta make a decision. I was looking into the 6T70/75 because they come in heavy crossovers and cars that come with 300+hp stock. They've gotta be good for holding the power and the gearing is a lot better than it is in a manual option.
Keep in mind that GM tossed the 4T65E HD into Park Ave, Bonnevilles and Rivieras....and expected them to be strong enough for the 240HP L67.
They should be...you probably don't want to assume "gotta". Especially when you consider the shock our older less refined motors give to the transmissions vs the newer smoother motors. I stretched a 7/8" chain and egged the holes in a hardened drive gear from a ISS reluctor in under 2,000 miles in the same power range you talking about.
