See your new title.
If your car wont go forward in D or 3 but will in 1 or 2 then your forward band is broken.
You will need a new transmission or your current one rebuilt.

But Why did it Break Mine got rebuilt with Shift kit 2 and a Half years ago and my Band just broke. Trying to figure Out why My oter Mods are in my Sig

Not charging me and Parts but I still have to pay for labor 1000.00 bucks it just sucks and I do not beat on my car and the Clutches look new still and I do not even drive the car that much.
If you got a shift kit, that's not a rebuild. A foward band is an item in our transmissions that is pretty common to break if its a factory part. TEP mentions it on his site under common problems.
Jacob, are you already in the process of rebuilding or do you need one?
No I had a full rebuild 2 and a half years ago and a Shift kit put in while the Trans was out. They used Borg Warrner Bands in the Rebuild I just do not know why it would break so soon. There has been a lot of Snow it CT. slipping and all that. I dont know it just seems like something must have caused this. I am gone most of the time and did not drive the car that much in the 2 and a half years. I do not spin tires or race. Yea I get on it in the Highway sometimes but thats about it. If I have to change something more I would just like to know so I do not run in to another 1000 in a few years again. I love this car but Damn 2 and a Half years sounds real short.
PS could it be the PCM that hurt it
The band is a round band that gets pushed by an pin that engages it and holds it to the drum that makes the trans engage. It breaking is not the kind of thing that is common once it's replaced to my knowledge. Shouldn't be from the snow, beating or any of the above ideas about why it broke.
Since you recently had it rebuilt and haven't driven it much, maybe you can get out of the for the costs of swapping a new band in. Unfortunately the FWD band is about the second thing put into the casing.
The trans guy is only charging me labor but it is still a grand he said everythig eles in the trans still looks new he is replacing the 2 bands
Well got the car back friday and everything seems to be fine again I hope this lasts longer this time
