update i got some one to sit in the car while i watched to look for move ment and i notice alot of movement in the squar dor bone munts could this cause the ruff enguaging into gear

Its unlikely that the dogbones would cause that. Are you talking about when you put it in drive, or when the tranny changes gears?

when both when i put in drive it enguages hard then i go it enguages into second hard the bogs unless i floor itOriginally Posted by topswap

If it bogs then its definately not a mount issue

Unfortunately as too many GP owners know, the transmissions go :/
Could be something simple though, never know
