Does anyone have a video or a procedure to remove and replace the side cover gasket on the 4T65E? I know I have to basically tear apart the front drivers side wheel.

Search for EPC or PCS solenoid replacement and it should show you how to get the side cover out of the car w/o pulling the trans.

Your basic procedure should be support car, pull off tire, undo axle nut and 10mm holding brake line to body. Then pop the lower balljoint and remove the axle. Drain trans, then put the pan back on and support trans with jack/wood, remove driverside trans mount. Undo electrical connector to trans, remove the side cover bolts and the fun part. You can lower the subframe a little and work to get cover out or clean it in place and sneak your new gasket in.
