How long has this been around? I thought the only option for 04+ was the inferno hood. http://extremedimensions.com/2004-20...d-1-Piece.html

There is no flow whatsoever with that hood. Again, leave WS6 hoods on WS6's and Sting Ray hoods on Sting Rays. Besides, for as bad as it looks, an Inferno isn't much more.

The one some guy posted of the actual hood looked a lot better. The vent was farther forward and the cowl didn't look as large.

I believe that all you are buying is the cowl/vent thingy, not an entire hood. It's almost like the stick on hood scoops.

It's a whole hood. A guy posted a picture of one in a box on one of the FB groups and it looks a whole lot better than the picture on that web page. Like I said its farther forward and has a less pronounced cowl.

it might look decent if the whole front clip had a more chiseled look.

That hood looks terrible. If you want a new hood with vents or what have you and you don't want to spend the money for the Inferno hood, look around salvage yards for G8 or even GTO hoods. Buy the hood and find someone who's good at body work to cut the scoops out and put them on your hood.
OverKilled, HAI, Ported Throttle body, Ported intake, ZZP DP, Magnaflow, BMR ta's, GMPP STB's, CCS springs, tinted tailights, roof rails, TEP cool'r, G8 hood. Glass Gearbox.

I think your hood looks great. What scoops are those off? I have considered having the late 80's GTA vents grafted into my hood, something different.I like the Duraflex hood also, at least its an option.

Maybe that front extension from the 06? I'm not %100 on the Inferno front fascia.

I'm not sure if I'm still too new to post links, but - http://parts.royaloakschevy.com/prod...hTerm=19120589

Looks like its available. Maybe I'm missing something? Not the first time a merchant listed something they don't have.
